Event Ticket Refund Policy
ALL TENT DEALERS WELFARE ORGANISATION aims to provide a smooth ticket booking experience for all attendees of the Annual Conference 2024. Due to the nature of event planning, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Cancellation and Refunds:
- All ticket purchases for the Annual Conference 2024 are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by us.
- If the event is canceled by us, all ticket holders will receive a full refund, which will be processed within 10-15 business days.

2. Transfer of Tickets:
- Tickets may be transferred to another individual upon request if you cannot attend. Please contact us at least 5 days before the event for assistance with ticket transfers.

3. Payment Processing Fees:
- Any processing fees charged by Razorpay or other payment providers may not be refunded in the case of a ticket cancellation, unless otherwise specified.
