Event Participation Agreement
Welcome to the Annual Conference 2024 organized by ALL TENT DEALERS WELFARE ORGANISATION. By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase and Admission
- Only registered ticket holders are permitted to attend the event. Tickets must be purchased in advance through our official website.
- The ticket price includes entry to all sessions and designated activities as listed in the conference agenda.
2. Code of Conduct
- Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward other participants, speakers, and staff. Inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
3. Changes to the Event
- ALL TENT DEALERS WELFARE ORGANISATION reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, speakers, and venue. Any updates will be communicated to attendees promptly.
4. Liability
- We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event, except as required by law. Attendees participate at their own risk.
5. Use of Personal Data
- By attending the event, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the event and may be used for promotional purposes.
6. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Please review our Refund Policy for information on cancellations and refunds.
