Delete Your Mandapam Account

This page lets you request deletion of your Mandapam mobile app account and associated data without signing in or reinstalling the app.

Complete the form below using the name and phone number linked to your Mandapam account. We will use these details to verify account ownership and contact you about the request. Do not include your password, one-time password, Aadhaar number or other identity document numbers.

What happens next

The Mandapam team will review your request and contact you using the details provided if additional verification is needed. After verification, we will delete or anonymize the account profile and associated app data where it is no longer required. Certain records may be retained for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or association recordkeeping obligations; retained information will be limited to those purposes and kept only for the required period.
