Data Deletion Instructions

For deletion of your Mandapam mobile app account, use the dedicated Account Deletion page. The instructions below cover Instagram connection removal.

Disconnect Instagram

1. Sign in to the Mandapam Admin or Member Portal.
2. Open Instagram.
3. Select Disconnect for the connected account and confirm.

This stops future synchronization. Associated cached Instagram information is then eligible for deletion according to Mandapam’s retention and operational requirements.

Remove Mandapam from Instagram

You may also remove Mandapam from the connected Instagram account’s website permissions or apps-and-websites settings. For reliable removal of cached Mandapam data, also disconnect the account in the Mandapam portal.
